♱ appearance ♱Upon seeing them, it's very likely you will hear them first - a boyish voice followed by laughter of a crowd. Are they telling another story since returning to Ishgard? You want to get a bit closer to hear more. They seem to be standing in a thick crowd of people answering many questions. As you approach closer from behind and move through little by little, you notice broad shoulders, medium cool pink hair half tied up, and that they are quite tall, even for a viera's standards. Their body seems to be fairly slender, long limbs and a sinuous neck. Their frame seems to give them an air of both elegance & strength. Their skin is a warm chestnut brown and as they turn - are they trying to leave? - you get the glance of their lavender, bordering grey eyes - indecipherable. They seem to have a total of 4 facial piercings, a bridge, labret, and two nostril piercings. Time passes - perhaps only seconds - they stand up fully now from the table they were seated at - you see that their chest seems on the larger side, but is tightly bound by something underneath their shirt which keeps them from being too prominent despite that. Today it seems they've chosen to wear a vest that's gloom purple and black with silver chain mail - though now that you think about it, you've caught them in passing in a variety of different outfits. It seems this person is quite versed in fashion. Their ears also stand upright on their head, various silver piercings fill them, fur texture curly matching that of their hair and a bit messy. Your eyes meet - and for a small second it seemed like they almost were exhausted or annoyed to have met another set of eyes - but it could be your imagination? The voice you heard and canter seems so distant now after catching that look. But before you attempt to decipher this, she flashes you a brilliant smile before politely excusing herself.♱ nature ♱Due to being raised initially to be a prince, an heir to a small kingdom* in Coerthas - until the age of 13 when more feminine traits began to develop - Eden tends to have a very charming demeanor, and it is not uncommon for many to be taken by them. She was quite adored as a child for her bright face, her spirited & charismatic nature and quickness to excel in any area she set her mind to. Whispers would carry in the household of the honor she would bring to the small, but ambitious kingdom. And in the future this would come in handy in landing the temporary odd job as a Host at a club in Ishgard - but not out of preference but out of necessity. You see, shortly after those traits began to develop, all that she dreamt of, trained for and aspired to was taken away as quickly as she worked towards it.* - This kingdom in particular was not one of viera initially, but through marriage and rising in ranks the viera gradually took over. And thus because of this they do not follow the typical matriarchal rules of most viera tribes as the region of Coerthas does not abide by them. They are also constantly in danger of losing power so the balance is quite delicate between this kingdom and the rest of the unrest already in Coerthas.♱two fists slam down, defeated"but none of that matters! i'm still me, why would i suddenly not be worthy of my birthright?"a pause"h-have i not trained hard enough? have i not proven myself?"plump, scalding tears plop against the uncaring woodnails curl inwards, blood is starting to tremble out as is her voice"i've given this household.. dedication...my youth....blindly to you...to my family...my everything...and it means nothing? because of something i can't contro-"a cruel reality comes knockingENOUGH!a thundering voice, a pen striking the hard floor"Do you want this family to become a joke? a chair scrapes horribly backwards"And honestly, it's our fault for letting you continue in your delusions as long as we did. We felt sorry for you at first admittedly, we weren't blind to how you might've taken it, and so for the past 4 years we continued to let you do as you wish."a familiar figure made distorted by a mixture of the surrounding darkness and tears places a palm on their shoulder"Don't make us regret it more than we already do right now."several steps, a door closing gently now, and then silence - one that was most unwelcomeAnger, pain, betrayal, disgust, sickness, sadness, horror, anxiety - these feelings began to fester, churn and claw at his insides lacerating him day in and out, poisoning his mind, and threatening to leave nothing in its wake. Eden was stricken with a plague that slowly but surely drained them of the brightness in their eyes and seeded into them melancholy.They knew they had to leave if they wanted to survive - and the closest place in Coerthas was Ishgard.♱At a closer glance and if you are around her long enough, one may begin to notice cracks in her carefully constructed cordial persona, loud whispers of a person who is more reserved now and melancholic. A closer glance shows that the boisterous laughs that are carried have a tinge of artificiality and the smiles often flashed to anyone who meets her glance are few genuine, eyes giving away secrets by being singed with sadness. Due to the scars that she carries in her heart from the loss of many who touched his heart, the first being his former mentor Fray, the prince who was once known for their merciful & melancholic nature in battle has been transformed overtime into a serious and formidable opponent. While they stand by their beliefs to harness a lot of their pain and anger to remain helpful to those in need, to stand firm in not falling to another, yet entirely new type of corruption after narrowly escaping that of which she was raised in - there are times it may even seem that Eden enjoys the wrath and death she can wield upon her opponent. She needs to be careful and wary of that which she wields, consuming her.
